International Meal Company Holdings SA Completes Acquisition of LF BAR Ltda, BFC Ltda and LF Franchising Ltda

International Meal Company Holdings SA announced that, on April 2, 2012, it completed the acquisition of the following companies: LF BAR Ltda, BFC Ltda and LF Franchising Ltda. Together with this acquisition, the Company acquired rights over the Wraps and Go-Fresh brands, as well as seven restaurants and franchise rights over these brands. The Company made the acquisition at the price of BRL 4.475 million and it has to pay BRL 2.00 million in two years and BRL 2.5 million in five years.
