Indo Amines Ltd Updates On Scheme of Arrangement And Amalgamation With Versatile Chemicals Ltd And Palkar Commercials Pvt. Ltd

Indo Amines Ltd announced that with reference to the earlier announcement dated earlier, the Company now announced that the Company have received Court order on November 02, 2012 from Hon’ble Mumbai High Court Sanctioning the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Versatile Chemicals Ltd and Palkar Commercials Pvt. Ltd and Indo Amines Ltd. With the inclusion of Dhule plant and additional product line to Indo Amines Ltd, the Management has decided to invest INR2 Crore in this financial year for expansion of production capacity and to improve on quality of output from the existing plant.
