ING Groep N.V. Strikes Labor Deal With Some Dutch Staff-DJ

Dow Jones reported that ING Groep NV has agreed on a new labor pact for staff at its insurance and investment-management operations in the Netherlands. The workers--7,000 in total--will get a 2% pay rise as of June 2012, ING Groep NV said. Variable payments, such as bonuses, will be based on personal performance, financial results and client interest, it said. The deal still has to be approved by ING Groep NV's union members.
