Avensia Innovation AB Changes Corporate Structure

Avensia Innovation AB announced that its Board of Directors has decided on a change in corporate structure, under which the subsidiary Avensia AB is to cover only the e-Commerce activities within the group. The consulting business in Avensia AB is transferred to a currently dormant subsidiary (Lightstorm AB) through a business transfer and the subsidiary Mashie AB (currently owned by Avensia AB) sold to the parent company Avensia Innovation AB. The decision is to get a group structure with even more focused subsidiaries. The Company also sees an opportunity to start a new business, Lightstorm AB, which will initially consist of a group of consultants that already exist within the Group.
