IsoRay, Inc. announced that it has entered into agreements with certain institutional investors for a registered direct placement of approximately $3.5 million of common stock at a price of $0.965 per share. Gross proceeds will be approximately $3.5 million, before deducting placement agent's fees and estimated offering expenses. IsoRay, Inc. Receives Final Regulatory Approval for GliaSite Brain Cancer Treatment
IsoRay, Inc. announced that it has received final approval from the State of Washington Department of Health to manufacture its GliaSite radiation therapy system, a balloon catheter device used in the treatment of brain cancer. IsoRay, Inc. announced that it has entered into an international distribution agreement with Karlheinz Goehl-Medizintechnik Goehl for distribution in certain European markets of the GliaSite radiation therapy system, the balloon catheter device used in the treatment of various brain cancers. IsoRay, Inc. Announces Financing For $2.3 Million
IsoRay, Inc. announced the execution of an underwriting agreement with WestPark Capital, Inc., as managing underwriter, to sell approximately $2.3 million in common stock and warrants to purchase shares of common stock which, if fully exercised, will raise an additional approximate $460,000. IsoRay has also granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,027,173 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to an additional 205,435 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will immediately sell 2.5 million shares of its common stock at $0.92 per share in a financing with gross proceeds of $2.3 million, which represents a 4% discount to the closing price on October 11, 2011. Additionally, as part of the transaction, the investors also will receive one warrant for each five shares purchased, exercisable up to five years following the closing at approximately $1.06 per share. IsoRay, Inc. Completes License Agreement With Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories For Exclusive Worldwide Licensing Rights To Iotrex
IsoRay, Inc. announced that it has completed a license agreement with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, for exclusive worldwide licensing rights to Iotrex, a liquid iodine radiation, for use in brain cancer treatment. Iotrex is a critical component in the GliaSite radiation therapy system, the world's only FDA-cleared balloon catheter device used in the treatment of many forms of brain cancer. IsoRay has exclusive worldwide distribution rights to the GliaSite therapy system. The Iotrex licensing agreement is a major step in the process needed to allow IsoRay to make its submission to the FDA for final approval as it moves toward the anticipated launch of its GliaSite sales initiative in August.
