Intex Resources ASA Reinstates Jan Vestrum as Chairman Following Revision of Documents Related to Okokrim Charges

Intex Resources ASA announced that its Board has reviewed and considered relevant documents related to Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime (Okokrim) charges against Jan Vestrum. This includes a legal assessment of when inside information occurred. On this basis, the Board concludes that Jan Vestrum has not provided investors inside information. The Board has therefore decided to reinstate Jan Vestrum as Executive Chairman of the Board with immediate effect. Finn Haadem, who acted as Chairman, will resume the role of Deputy Chairman.
