Jive Software Inc Issues Q2 2012 Guidance In Line With Analysts' Estimates; Raises FY 2012 Guidance

Jive Software Inc announced that for the first quarter of 2012, it expects total revenue to be in the range of $26.0-$27.0 million, non-GAAP loss from operations to be in the range of $6.5-$7.5 million and non-GAAP loss per share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.11-$0.12. For fiscal 2012, the Company expects total revenue to be in the range of $110.0-$113.5 million, non-GAAP loss from operations to be in the range of $22.0-$24.0 million and non-GAAP loss per share to be in the range of $0.38-$0.42. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $26.1 million, net income of $(7.05) million and EPS of $(0.11) for second quarter of 2012; revenue of $110.9 million, net income of $(26.5) million and EPS of $(0.43) for fiscal 2012.
