Juventus Football Club SpA Signs Agreements with Udinese Calcio SpA

Juventus Football Club SpA announced that it has terminated in its favor the current player sharing agreement with Udinese Calcio SpA concerning the registration rights of the player Kwadwo Asamoah. The sum for the termination has been set at EUR 9 million to be paid by Juventus in the next three financial years. This acquisition will generate economic and financial effects starting from July 1, 2013. The contract of employment signed by the player will last until June 30, 2017. Furthermore, Juventus and Udinese renewed up to June 30, 2014 the current player sharing agreements regarding the registration rights of the players Mauricio Anibal Isla and Cristian Pasquato.
