KeyCorp Announces Closing of $176.3 million Public Offering of Common Shares

KeyCorp announced the successful completion of the public offering of 4.1 million common shares ("Common Shares") at an issue price of $43.00 per Common Share for gross total proceeds of $176.3 million . Net proceeds from the offering will be used for the repayment of indebtedness incurred to fund capital projects, including the previously announced acquisition of Alberta EnviroFuels. The issue was made through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by RBC Capital Markets and National Bank Financial Inc. and includes TD Securities Inc., Scotiabank, BMO Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets Inc., Peters & Co. Limited, FirstEnergy Capital Corp., and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd.
