Kingfisher plc Announces Interim Dividend
Kingfisher plc announced that as announced at the year end, the interim dividend is proposed at GBP0.0247 per share (2010/11: GBP0.01925 per share). The ex-dividend date will be October 5, 2011, and the dividend will be paid on November 11, 2011, to those shareholders who are on the Register of Members at the close of business on October 7, 2011. Shareholders are able to take this dividend as cash or in shares, through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP).
