Larsen & Toubro Ltd Secures Orders Valued INR2503 Crore (INR25.03 Billion)

Larsen & Toubro Ltd announced that the Infrastructure IC of L&T Construction has secured a prestigious order valued INR1985 Crores (INR19.85 Billion) excluding taxes from GVK Project and Technical Services. L&T will execute major portion of works for 850 MW Ratle Hydroelectric Power project Located on the Chenab in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir. The Company has received Limited Notice to Proceed to commence operations. The Buildings and Factories IC has bagged new orders worth INR397 Crores (INR3.97 Billion) for the construction of a commercial building in Mumbai, including additional orders from various ongoing projects. The Water and Effluent Treatment Business has received an order worth INR121 Crores (INR1.21 Billion) from the Public Health Engineering Department-Government of Rajasthan for water supply in Fathepur-Laxmangarh, Rajasthan.
