Latexx Partners Berhad Acquires Latexx Manpower Services Sdn Bhd

Latexx Partners Berhad announced that it has acquired the entire issued and paid up capital in Latexx Manpower Services Sdn Bhd on October 11, 2011, for a total cash consideration of MYR 2.00. The newly acquired subsidiary will be engaged in the business of providing manpower services to foreign workers, such as food, laundry, hostel, training of workers for industry and business, and to undertake, carry on and execute all kinds of services relating to the general welfare of foreign workers.
