National Control Commission for Prices and Energy Adopts Resolution on Lietuvos dujos AB Action Plans for Unbundling of Transmission and Distribution Activities and Control

Lietuvos dujos AB announced that the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy, by the resolution number O3-145 on Lietuvos dujos AB’s action plans for the unbundling of transmission and distribution activities and control, instructed the Company to carry out the unbundling of activities and control in accordance with the methods and time limits indicated in the action plans submitted by the Company, which means the legal, functional and organizational unbundling of the natural gas transmission activity should be completed by July 31, 2013, while the unbundling of control of the transmission activity should be implemented not later than October 31, 2014, and the legal, functional and organizational unbundling of the natural gas distributions activity should be completed by October 31, 2014.
