Lietuvos dujos AB Announces Decision to Liquidate Subsidiary UAB Palangos Perlas

Lietuvos dujos AB announced that it has adopted a decision on the liquidation of its subsidiary UAB Palangos Perlas with effect from February 28, 2013. The liquidation will be effected pursuant to applicable provisions of law of the Republic of Lithuania. The decision has been adopted in view of the fact that following the sale of the main asset of UAB Palangos Perlas, the hotel in Palanga, the scope of business activities of UAB Palangos Perlas became considerably narrower.
