Lindab International AB Updates on Acquisition of Shares of Centrum Klima SA; Plans to Delist Centrum Klima

Lindab International AB announced that it now controls 96.7% of the shares of Centrum Klima SA after acquiring 44.93% of the shares in the tender offer announced on May 2, 2012. Prior to the tender offer, on April 30, 2012, Lindab signed and completed the agreement with the main shareholders of Centrum Klima, acquiring 51.8% of the shares in Centrum Klima. Lindab plans to take the next steps toward acquiring 100% control over Centrum Klima and to delist its shares from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
