Lincoln National Corp Declares Quarterly Dividend

Lincoln National Corp announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the corporation's common shares and $0.75 per share on its $3.00 Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock Series A. The dividend on the common stock will be payable August 1, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 10, 2012. The dividend on the corporation's Series A Preferred Stock will be payable September 5, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2012.
