Lynas Corp Ltd Announces Equity Raising

Lynas Corp Ltd announced that it will undertake an equity raising to deliver gross proceeds of up to approximately AUD 200 million (the Equity Raising). Funds raised will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes during commissioning and ramp-up at the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant. The Equity Raising comprises a fully underwritten institutional placement to raise up to approximately AUD 150 million (Institutional Placement) and a share purchase plan (SPP) to raise up to AUD 50 million.
