M and B Switchgears Ltd announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2013, inter alia, has transacted the following: Board considered and approved to alter the Objects of the Issue mentioned in the Prospectus of the Company, for the establishment of 12MWp/15MWp Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and such other statutory authorities; Board has approved sale of certain assets (operational/ in-operational) of the Company subject to the necessary approvals.
