ManTech International Corp Lowers FY 2012 Guidance; Declares Dividend

ManTech International Corp revised fiscal 2012 guidance and expects revenue to be $3.000 billion, net income of $113 million and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $3.06. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on an average are expecting the Company to report revenue of $3.07 billion, net income of $129 million and EPS of $3.50 for fiscal 2012. The Board of Directors has declared that the company will pay a cash dividend of $0.21 per share on June 22, 2012 to all common stockholders of record as of June 8, 2012 as part of its regular quarterly cash dividend program.
