Mobistar SA maintained its forecast for fiscal 2013. It expects a decrease in total turnover between minus 4% and minus 6%, EBITDA between EUR380 million and EUR420 million, and operational cash flow between EUR175 million and EUR215 million. Mobistar SA and Telenet Group Holding NV (Telenet) announced the extension of their strategic partnership. Both parties will continue the Full MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) agreement until 2017. With this contract, Telenet can expand their offer for mobile voice and data further by making use of Mobistar’s mobile network. Mobistar SA Confirms FY 2012 EBITDA and Net Income Guidance-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Mobistar SA maintained its full financial year 2012 results with 2% decrease in the turnover compared to 2011. The Company confirmed fiscal year 2012 EBITDA at between EUR 460 million and EUR 500 million and a fiscal year 2012 net result within the range of EUR 170 million to EUR 195 million.
