Manitoba Telecom Services Inc Issues FY 2013 Guidance; EPS Guidance Below Analysts' Estimates; Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Manitoba Telecom Services Inc announced that for fiscal 2013, it expects revenue to be in the range of $1.630-$1.730 billion, EBITDA to be in the range of $590-$630 million and EPS to be in the range of $1.75 to $2.15. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report EPS of $2.52, EBITDA of $621 million on revenues of $1.700 billion for fiscal 2013. The Company also announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.425 per share for the first quarter of 2013, payable on April 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2013.
