Meridie SpA Subsidiary Atitech SpA Signs Maintenance Contract with Mistral Air SpA
Meridie SpA announced that its subsidiary Atitech SpA has signed a contract with Mistral Air SpA, wholly-owned company of Poste Italiane SpA, for the maintenance of Mistral Air's entire fleet. According to the contract, Atitech will provide heavy maintenance services for Mistral Air's entire fleet and light maintenance for Mistral Air's six Boing 737. Meridie SpA announced that through its subsidiary Medsolar SpA it has signed an agreement with Duerre Trade SpA for the supply of 24 MW (Megawatt) of photovoltaic panels within a period of 12 months, for about 2 MW per month.
