Reuters reported that Moens Bank A/S has received reprimand from Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The Stock Exchange criticized that the Company did not announce that the Company's Chairman resignation from the Board of Directors prior to the Annual General Meeting. If a company prior to a General Meeting is aware that a Board Member will resign, this must be communicated to the market prior to that information given at the Annual General Meeting to ensure that all market participants have equal access to price sensitive information about the company.
