Mandarin Oriental International Ltd Completes Acquisition Of Freehold Of Paris Hotel-DJ

Dow Jones reported that Mandarin Oriental International Ltd announced a Special General Meeting held on January 31, 2013 at which the shareholders of MOIL approved the proposed acquisition of the freehold interest in the building housing Mandarin Oriental, Paris and two prime street front retail units from Société Foncière Lyonnaise (the Transaction), the Transaction completed on February 8, 2013. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
