Metro Pacific Investments Corp Announces Additional Listing

Metro Pacific Investments Corp announced that the Exchange approved on May 8, 2013, the application of the Company to list additional 1,330,000,000 common shares, with a par value of PHP1.00 per share, to cover of the private placement transaction with Metro Pacific Holdings, Inc. (the MPHI). The 1,330,000,000 common shares were issued at PHP4.60 per share at a total transaction value of PHP6,118,000,000. This completes the Company’s Placing and Subscription Transaction involving the secondary offering of 1,330,000,000 MPI common shares held by MPHI under the Placing Tranche, and the Company’s subsequent issuance of an equivalent number of shares to MPHI under the Subscription Tranche1. In view thereof, the listing of the additional 1,330,000,000 common shares of the Company is set for June 27, 2013 .
