Rosseti OAO Approves Acquisition of 22% in Kuban'energo OAO-Interfax
Interfax reported that the shareholders in Rosseti OAO (Russian Grids) approved the acquisition of Kuban'energo OAO (Kubanenergo) from Russian Grids subsidiary OJSC Tyumenenergo (RTS: TMEN) at their annual meeting, the Company reported. Russian Grids is buying 30.926 801 million Kubanenergo shares, par value RUB 100 each, RUB for 157.8 each. The holding will shell out a total of RUB 4.88 billion for the acquisition.
