Microsoft Corp Sues Nine Computer Resellers For Piracy In China-DJ

Dow Jones reported that Microsoft Corp is suing nine computer resellers in China for allegedly installing pirated Windows software on computers they then sold. Microsoft claimed in a statement pirated versions of its software were discovered in seven major cities across China on computers made by Lenovo Group Ltd., Hewlett-Packard Co., Dell Inc. and Acer Inc. The statement doesn't reveal in which courts the claims have been filed or the relief Microsoft seeks.
