Employees Begin 24 Hour Strike at ArcelorMittal Basse-Indre Plant-Reuters

Reuters reported that employees at the Basse-Indre plant of ArcelorMittal have begun a 24 hour strike to protest against the agreement signed between the Company and the French government, which includes the transfer of two production activities from the plant to the Florange site. 60 jobs are to be affected by the transfer but these will be reclassified according to management.
