National CineMedia Inc Issues Q4 2012 Guidance Above Analysts' Estimates; Lowers FY 2012 Guidance

National CineMedia Inc announced that for fourth quarter of 2012, it expects total revenue to be in the range of $141.0-$147.0 million, adjusted OIBDA to be in the range of $84.0-$89.0 million. For fiscal 2012, it expects total revenue in the range of $445.0-$455.0 million and adjusted OIBDA in the range of $215.0-$225.0 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $129 million and EBITDA of $66 million for fourth quarter of 2012; revenue of $464 million and EBITDA of $219 million for fiscal 2012.
