NCR Corp Comments On FY 2013 Revenue Guidance; Issues FY 2013 EPS Guidance Above Analysts' Estimates

NCR Corp announced that for fiscal 2013, it expects revenues to increase in the range of 9% to 11% on a constant currency basis compared with fiscal 2012, Income from Operations (GAAP) to be $548 million to $563 million, non-pension operating income (NPOI) to be in the range of $695 to $710 million, GAAP diluted earnings per share to be $2.06 to $2.16 and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $2.65 to $2.75 per diluted share. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenue of $6.194 billion and EPS of 2.58 for fiscal 2013.
