Enduro Royalty Trust Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering of Trust Units

Enduro Royalty Trust announced the closing of its initial public offering of 13,200,000 trust units at $22.00 per trust unit. The underwriters also have the option to purchase up to an additional 1,980,000 trust units to cover over-allotments, if any. Enduro Resource Partners LLC, the sponsor of the Trust, sold the 13,200,000 trust units at the closing of the initial public offering, and will sell any additional trust units upon exercise of the over-allotment option, if any. The trust units trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “NDRO.” Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Goldman, Sachs & Co., RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint book-running managers of the offering, with J.P. Morgan, Robert W. Baird & Co., Morgan Keegan, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel and Wunderlich Securities acting as co-managers.
