Aug 15 (Reuters) - Russia's Norilsk Nickel (Nornickel) said in a presentation of its first-half financial results on Tuesday::The company's net debt/EBITDA ratio could be at more than 1.8 by the end of 2017;.The forecast is based on the spot commodity prices and foreign exchange rates as of the first week of August;.The interim dividend payment will be recommended in August;.In 2016, Nornickel linked its dividend payments to a leverage measurement ratio which shows how many years it could take the company to pay back its debt. That time, the dividend policy suggested a payout of 60 percent of annual earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) if the debt ratio is below 1.8. MOSCOW, July 25 (Reuters) - Russian Copper Company, Russia's privately-held third largest copper producer::Is in talks with Russia's Sberbank <<>>, VTB <<>> and Gazprombank <<>> to raise project financing for its new plant at the Tominsk copper deposit in the Urals region, Maxim Shchibrik, its Chief Financial Officer, said in an interview with Reuters;.The total investment needed for the project is estimated at 65.9 billion roubles ($1.1 billion), and the company wants to raise 70 percent of this sum, Shchibrik said;.Russian Copper Company, which has assets in Russia and Kazakhstan, is controlled by Russian businessman Igor Altushkin.
