NetJobs Group AB to Acquire Hotell & Restaurang Bemanning AB

NetJobs Group AB announced that the Company has entered into agreement for the acquisition of Hotell & Restaurang Bemanning AB, a company engaged in the provision of recruitment services for hotels and restaurants. The purchase price includes a cash consideration of SEK 0.56 million and 750,000 newly issued shares in NetJobs. An additional consideration of maximum of SEK 0.14 million is possible depending on fiscal year 2013 results. The acquisition is subject to the Company's Annual General Meeting's approval.
