NOMOS-BANK OAO Places RUB 5 Billion BO-03 Bonds-Interfax

Interfax reported that NOMOS-BANK OAO (Nomos-Bank) fully placed exchange bond issue BO-03 worth RUB 5 billion. The Bank placed the three-year bonds on the MICEX by open subscription. Each bond comes to 1,000 rubles at face value. Coupons one and two were set through book building at 9.15%. The Bank received applications between August 1 and 7, 2012. The first coupon guidance was set at 8.8%-9.25%, which corresponds to a yield on a yearly offer of 9%-9.46%. It was earlier reported that the MICEX allowed Nomos-Bank's four bond issues into trading during their placements in December 2011. All bond issues equal a combined 24 RUB billion. The BO-03 and BO-04 issues each will come to RUB 5 billion while BO-05 and BO-06 each stand at RUB 7 billion. The three-year bonds have six semiannual coupons. The bank currently has three classic and two exchange bond issues in circulation each worth RUB 5 billion.
