Accepting resignation from M/s. Singrodia Goyal & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Recommending appointment of CPM & Associates, Chartered Accountants as new Statutory Auditors of the Company from the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
