Nortel Inversora SA Announces FY 2011 Dividend Payment; Announces Additional Dividend Payments
Nortel Inversora SA announced that for the fiscal year 2011 it has decided to distribute a dividend payment representing ARS 201.4096 per class A preference share, ARS 3.66248 per class B preference share and ARS 1.0533 per each ordinary share. The Company also announced that it will distribute two additional dividend payments among its class A preference shares, representing ARS 56.2708 per share and ARS 21.9053 per share, respectively.
