Shadman Cotton Mills Ltd announced that the Board of Directors has approved the sale of Sindh segment including Kotri Unit along with all fixed and current assets and long term and current liabilities of Sindh segment of the Company to Nadeem Textile Mills Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
