NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORP's Subsidiary to Acquire MAGASeek Corporation's Common Shares and Stock Acquisition Rights

NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORP announced that its subsidiary NTT DOCOMO, INC., decided to acquire MAGASeek Corporation's (MAGASeek, Tokyo Stock Exchange Inc. Mothers Market) common shares and stock acquisition rights issued in accordance with the resolution approved at MAGASeek's extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on January 30, 2006 and MAGASeek's Board of Directors' meeting held on February 17, 2006, through a tender offer. The tender offer will be made pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948, as amended). NTT DOCOMO intends to acquire 16,012 shares (at least 8,829 shares) of Magaseek corporation at the price of JPY 135,000 per share during the period from January 31, 2013 to March 14, 2013.
