Norcros plc Recommends Final Dividend

Norcros plc announced that the Board of Director has recommended final dividend of 0.28p per share in addition to the interim dividend of 0.14p per share, making a full year dividend of 0.42p, a 16.7% increase on last year. This final dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be payable on July 31, 2012 to shareholders on the register on June 29, 2012. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on June 27, 2012.
