SKRIN reported that Novotroitskiy zavod khromovykh soyedineniy OAO's board of Directors on the meeting held on December 27, 2012, has decided to distribute no dividend for the nine-month period of the fiscal year 2012. For the same period of the fiscal year 2011, the Company paid its shareholders a dividend of RUB 1,500 per ordinary share.
