Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA Comments on Verdict of Lyon Administrative Court Regarding Grand Stade Project

Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA announced that the Company and Fonciere du Montout take note of the judgment of the Lyon Administrative court on January 10, 2011 regarding the Grand Stade Project. The judgment is not expected to have any effect on the project. The previous consultation with Greater Lyon council was canceled as a result of a technicality relating to the incomplete submission of the opinion of the chartered surveyors before the council meeting of April 18, 2012. The Court ruled that the contract could continue, on the condition that there is a new consultation in which Greater Lyon council can retroactively approve the unilateral promise of sale which the consultation of April 18, 2012 authorized. Olympique Lyonnais Groupe SA confirmed that the stadium will go into service in the 2015/2016 season.
