Open Table Inc announced that for second quarter of 2012, it expects revenue to be in the range of $38.5 million to $39.8 million, non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $15.5 million to $16.8 million and non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.36 to $0.39. For fiscal 2012, it expects revenue to be in the range of $158 million to $164 million, non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $65 million to $70.5 million and non-GAAP EPS to be in the range of $1.49 to $1.64. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $41 million, EBITDA of $16.6 million and EPS of $0.37 for second quarter of 2012; revenue of $168 million EBITDA of $69 million and EPS of $1.53 for fiscal 2012.
