Opus Group AB to Restructure Swedish Equipment Business-DJ

Dow Jones reported that Opus Group AB has decided to implement a restructuring of the Swedish equipment business. Following on that the Company's subsidiary, Opus Bima AB, will be transferred to Opus Equipment AB. After the transition, the operations previously run by Opus Bima will be operated by Opus Equipment. Opus Bima's brand will still be used towards customers and Opus Bima AB will become a dormant company. Additionally, the Company's subsidiary J&B Maskinteknik AB will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Opus Equipment AB. The restructuring is expected to be completed by April 1, 2013 and is implemented in order to streamline the Swedish equipment operations and to take advantage of synergies between the various companies.
