Oracle Corporation:Announces pricing of its sale of $1.0 billion of Floating Rate Notes due 2017, $750 million of Floating Rate Notes due 2019, $2.0 billion of 2.25 pct. Notes due 2019.Says $1.5 billion of 2.80 pct. Notes due 2021, $2.0 billion of 3.40 pct. Notes due 2024, $1.75 billion of 4.30 pct. Notes due 2034 and $1.0 billion of 4.50 pct. MICROS Systems Inc:Entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Oracle.Under terms of agreement, MICROS stockholders will receive $68.00 in cash for each share of common stock they hold.Purchase price represents fully-diluted equity value of about $5.3 bln, or $4.6 bln net of cash.Board of Directors of MICROS has unanimously approved the transaction.Transaction is expected to close in second half of 2014.  Full Article
