OSI Systems Inc Raises FY 2012 Guidance

OSI Systems Inc announced that for fiscal 2012, it is raising its revenue guidance from $750-$770 million to between $765-$780 million. In addition, the Company is raising its fiscal 2012 earnings guidance and expects earnings per diluted share to increase at a rate of 27% - 32% to between $2.33 to $2.43, excluding the impact of restructuring and other non recurring charges. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenues of $758 million and EPS of $2.34 for fiscal 2012.
