Otto Marine Ltd announced that its ninety percent (90%) owned subsidiary, Go Marine Ship Management (M) Sdn. Bhd., has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary Go Spica Pte. Ltd. with a paid up Share Capital of USD1,000 and principal activity of owning and chartering of vessels including offshore support vessels for domestic and international sea transportation (including as operator) and related activities in Malaysia. The Company also wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Marlin Fleet Pte. Ltd., has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary Deep Sea 3 (MI) Limited with paid up share capital of USD1 and Owning and chartering of vessel in Marshall Islands.
