Outokumpu Oyj Comments on Terni Divestment
Outokumpu Oyj announced that it is in the process of divesting the Terni operations as required by the European Commission. Aperam has on February 20, 2013 publicly announced its intention to form an Italian joint venture to pursue the Terni operations. The Company announced that it welcomes the interest on Terni (AST). However, there are several interested parties and buyer candidates, and therefore no decisions have been made. At this stage, the Company cannot comment the details of the divestment process or buyer candidates.
