Universal Display Corporation announced that for the fourth quarter of 2011, it expects revenues will be below revenues for third quarter due to seasonal factors. For fiscal 2011, it expects revenues to be in the range of $58 million to $62 million. For fiscal 2012, it expects revenue to be between $90 million and $110 million.
