PostNL NV Updates on Reorganization Plan to Integrate Locations

PostNL NV announced with regard to the temporary stop of the roll-out of the new infrastructure in Mail in the Netherlands in April 2012, improvement initiatives have been implemented. One of the main pilots will start as of October 5, 2012. It is a test in which three locations will be integrated. This test will show the potential for cost reduction against a lower risk profile because business process changes will be less substantial. After the review of all alternatives, the Company will take a decision with respect to the further roll-out of the reorganization on which it will give an update with the Q4 results.
