Poncin Yachts SA Announces Details of Capital Increase

Poncin Yachts SA announced that it issued 10,799,613 new shares during its capital increase, which took place between May 31, 2012 and June 14, 2012. This represents a subscription rate of 105%, and a total value of EUR 10.79 million. The Company's Board of Directors decided to extend the share issue by 543,146 shares in order to meet demand. Following this capital increase, the Poncin family holds 58.10% of the Company's share capital. The settlement and delivery of the new shares will take place on June 29, 2012, and they will be admitted for trading on NYSE Euronext Paris on July 2, 2012. As of June 29, 2012, the capital of the Company is made up of 24,474,903 shares.
